Hi, I’m Ruchi Baid, the heart behind EcoHerbz.
Like many women, I experienced changes in my health that made me realize how important proper nutrition truly is. Low energy, hormonal changes and everyday health concerns pushed me to look for natural solutions instead of depending on medicines.
After understanding the importance of a balanced, nutrient-rich diet, I started making small changes at home like adding fresh juices, seeds and natural ingredients to daily meals. But managing this consistently alongside everyday responsibilities wasn’t easy.
That’s when I realized if it feels difficult for me, it must be the same for many others.
EcoHerbz was born from this thought.
I wanted to create something simple, natural and practical products that make it easier for families to include real nutrition in their daily routine without extra effort.
