      ➝ Our products are food-based nutritional supplements, not medicines.
      ➝ They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
      ➝ Results may vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, diet, and body type.
      ➝ Please consult your doctor before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition.

 2. STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

      ➝ Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
      ➝ Keep the container tightly closed after every use.
      ➝ Always use a completely dry spoon – no moisture, water, or wet spoon should enter the container.
      ➝ No preservatives are added to our products. They are naturally dried and powdered.
      ➝ If moisture enters the pack, the product may get spoiled. EcoHerbZ will not be responsible for product damage caused by improper storage or handling.

 3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We take great care in packing your order. However, in case of an issue, please read the policy below:

    Eligibility for return / refund:

      ➝ Only applicable if the parcel is delivered damaged (broken seal, leaked, torn pouch, or physically damaged product).
      ➝ No return or refund will be accepted for:
      ➝ Change of mind
      ➝ Wrong product ordered by customer
      ➝ Product not liked by taste or smell
      ➝ Spoilage caused by improper storage or use of wet spoon

    Process for return / refund request:

      ➝ Within 24 hours of delivery, send the following to our customer care email: ecoherbzcare@gmail.com
      ➝ Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
      ➝ A short video showing the damage (unboxing video preferred)
      ➝ Email subject line: “Return Request – Order #XXXX”
      ➝ Our team will review and verify within 2-3 working days.

    Resolution:

      ➝ If approved, we will either:
      ➝ Replace the product (free of cost), or
      ➝ Issue a full refund (original payment method)

     ➝ Delivery within Bengaluru: 2–4 days
     ➝ Delivery outside Bengaluru: 5–7 days (may vary by location)
     ➝ Tracking link will be shared on WhatsApp or email once shipped.
     ➝ EcoHerbZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
